帆立バター味噌煮込定食。味噌とバターの組み合わせ、間違いは無い。味噌のえぐみは抑えられ、後味は良くなる。逆に味噌の深みも感じ難くなるような気がしないでもない。一般的なお店の味噌煮込みより美味しく頂けた。しかし、バターが後のせでないのが気に入らない。
